Rick Otto is a Twin Falls photographer originally from San Diego, California. He has studied Art in most post secondary schools he's attended, and specialized in Landscape painting in both Oils and Acrylic. His current work consists mostly of landscape, wildlife, and conceptual photography. Member of the Magic Valley Arts Council; contributing artist at the Full Moon Gallery in Twin Falls; Contributing Artist for 'The Foundation for Photo/Art in Hospitals'; PMT 2010 winner phone book cover contest; Contributing artist for the 2013 Oregon Coast Calendar. more
